I'm excited to announce that I will be flying out to headline the Boise Experimental Music Festival on Friday,April 28th
Though not entirely a voice and electronics gig, I will definitely be doing a couple of acapella pieces
at all of these shows.
To celebrate that I will be doing a 2 hour exploratory
show to warm up for that gig at Meta Music in Santa Cruz (in the old More Music
building right around the block from the Blue Lagoon off of Pacific Avenue)
on Tuesday night, April 25th.
so I'm very excited that Jonathan, the owner of Meta Music will be hosting my musical
quirkiness.
Speaking of the devil, I"m also honored that Jonathan will be opening that show with his
long term Acid Folk project, KAMM at 7:30 p.m.
The show is free and I hope to see you all down there. I'll do some fun audience participation
experiments if there are enough people showing up.

META MUSIC's relatively new location:
For those of you who haven't checked out Jonathan's really creative all vinyl music store, it's a trip. He has done some beautiful design with an already very interesting building (performers play on a narrow baloncy looking down into the main room. He's made a really comfy and beautifully designed chill room right next to the stage and is really into having the place be a hang spot for aficianados of discerning new music and electronica.
Check it out. I love it there.

I will also be featured at the MAKER Festival at the San Mateo Fairgrounds on the Sunday the 23rd in the late afternoon. This is a fascinating fair that showcases people who make unusual things from all over the country. It gets reported on CNN and national news and is a fascinating day of creativity sharing.
I'll be performing a set and then also doing a demonstration of the latest in live looping technology and techniques
for those interested in the details of that world.
